Free RainWise Training for Professionals
Three-part Training: Attendance is required at all three sessions in order to become a RainWise partner!
Free training is available to prepare licensed
Contractors and Landscape Professionals to install City of
Seattle and King County RainWise rebate-funded rain
gardens and/or cisterns on private property in specific
Seattle neighborhoods. This training is required for
contractors who want to participate in the program.
Participants will learn:
* RainWise design details
* Sizing and rebate calculating
* Locating and setback requirements
* Inspection process and requirements
* Rebate process and required paper work
Wednesday & Thursday, March 13th and 14th, 2013 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM - El Centro de la Raza, Beacon Hill classroom session
Saturday, March 16th, 2013 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM - Sunset Hill Community Association, Ballard neighborhood field training and tour
