Breukelen Bier Merchants Presents 12% Imports Beer versus Gastronomie 491 Cheese
Beer and cheese rules again! Everyone who knows anything about food knows that small productions are better than large ones, and smaller productions are often even better still. Please join us Wednesday February 27 at 7:30 for an event that will focus on the 12% Imports portfolio, which focuses entirely on very small producer breweries in Belgium, Scandinavia and North America, and the hand crafted cheeses sold at Gastronomie 491, a new leading retailer of artisanal products in Manhattan. Maggie Fuller will lead the discussion on the beers and Martin Johnson will talk about the cheeses. Tickets are $35.
