Business of Beer SoCal 2013
The SoCal Business of Beer Symposium is presented as an effort to educate craft brewers. The management and operation of the craft brewery businesses goes beyond mashing grain, boiling hops and pitching yeast. Brewers will meet and network with established professionals working in the SoCal craft beer business who can help them successfully navigate through the challenging business of beer.
Topics will include:
-Dealing with local, state and federal governments
-Raising Capital, financing equipment & Exit strategies
-Business Management, distribution (in CA and out of state)
-Tasting Room Management & Accounting
