Superfoods Workshop and Party - Teaser Kick Off Event!

This is the first of many superfood inspired parties that I will be hosting this year!
Join me, Cressie Mae, wellness professional, dancer and FOOD GEEK, and a few of my very talented/informative friends, for an enlightening afternoon/evening of super adventures.
2:00 pm *Guest arrive, MEET and GREET
2:15 pm *INTRODUCTION TO THE SPACE AND WELCOMING

2:30 pm *YOGA WORKSHOP to open your mind and activate the body

*Please BRING YOUR OWN YOGA MAT*
3:00 pm *SUPERFOODS WORKSHOP where we will talk about the importance and benefits of Superfoods and taste some yummy super treats.
-Led by Cressie Mae
3:45 pm *TEA CEREMONY, enjoy sacredly served teas and a brief talk about the benefits and traditions of tea ceremonies. This will close out the workshop portion of the day.

4:00 pm *A special ACRO YOGA PERFORMANCE, will kick off the party portion!
4:20 pm *HOOKAH LOUNGE offerings and SACRED SMOKE talk
-Led by Derek Alaee (Forest Child)
5:25 pm *INTRODUCTION TO GEM ELIXERS and SUNSET CEREMONY, learn what a gem elixer is and enjoy a taste, as we gather on the deck to watch the SUNSET OVER THE BAY

5:30 pm *SUNSET OVER THE BAY! (officially sets by 5:35)
4:00-7:00 pm *Enjoy our outdoor sacred HOOKAH LOUNGE on our bay view deck, MUSIC, DANCING, ACRO PLAY, INDOOR TEA LOUNGE, SUNSET on the deck
If you are unable to arrive on time but wish to attend the workshop portion, please enter quietly as we will be setting sacred space for everyone who attends. The workshop portion will close out by 4pm.
Various super snacks and super foods, oils, smoke blends, sheesha and other homemade awesomeness will be available for purchase during the party from 4-7
The event will take place in Oakland Hills at the lovely Earth Honey Haven, our beautiful nestled in the mountains over looking the bay. Please email me for directions and parking information (note you cannot walk from bart, but you can take a cab, please use the forums here to discuss possible carpooling)
All proceeds from this event will go into producing a series of Superfoods parties that will continue to grow in potential.
