The Cascadian Chorale presents "Cathedral Jubilee"
Plymouth Congregational Church Seattle, WA
Since the Middle Ages the development of music has often centered around cathedrals. In "Cathedral Jubilee" the Cascadian Chorale will progress through centuries of music written for the world's greatest buildings, including works by Victoria, Schuetz, Handel, Mozart, Bruckner and Finzi. The performance will culminate in a twentieth-century favorite, the Requiem of Maurice Durufle.
