Nancy Rawles: Race & Sexuality
Nancy Rawles, author of the award-winning novel My Jim, speaks about race and sexuality in Istanbul during James Baldwin's time living there. Rawles examines gay and lesbian roles in the Civil Rights Movement.

Come explore and discuss some difficult issues surrounding race and sexuality in this first session of the NAAM Community Conversation Series.
