| On April 14th, please join us for a talk and tasting by chocolate maker, Art Pollard. Art is the founder of Amano Chocolates, one of the best artisan chocolate making companies in the U.S. today. Art has studied chocolate manufacturing in Europe and refined his knowledge and technique by traveling throughout Mexico studying chocolate in the heart of the country where cacao originated. He did not build his chocolate factory until he felt that the chocolate he was producing was comparable to only the very best European chocolate. By making chocolate slowly and in small batches, Art has created distinctive chocolates with incredible flavor and texture. Please join us in welcoming Art to our Chocolate Bar. |
