Kettlebell Sport Events are -
Jerk
Snatch
BiAthlon
Long Cycle
5min chair press, snatch, jerk & combo lift
20min Long Cycle; Double or Single(unlimited switches)
15min 5-person Team Relay; Snatch or Long Cycle
