Big Iron Balls divisions: Individual Men 170 & under = lightweight 171 - 204 = middleweight 205 & up = heavyweight
Individual Women 144 & under = lightweight 145 & up = heavyweight
Choose either = ATHLETE or FIREBREATHER; firebreathers will learn the bonus elements on the day of the event!
TEAM 4person teams of 2 men & 2 women of any bodyweight. 1 alternate teammate is allowed but only able to compete if an original teammate quits or becomes injured before or during the event.
Big Iron Balls event #1 = KB Baseline 12min to complete: 50x Russian Swings 40x Goblet Squats 30x Situps 20x Shoulder to OH<10each arm 10x Burpee PullUps
TEAM: can split the numbers however they want, 1guy/1girl working at a time and all 4 team members must perform each exercise - 200x Russian Swings 100x Goblet Squats 100x Situps 100x Shoulder to OH 200x Burpees 20mins to complete

Big Iron Balls event #2 = Burpee/GetUps 10min to complete: 2 - burpees & 1 - GetUp 4 - burpees & 2 - GetUps 6 - burpees & 3 - GetUps And so on... Climb this ladder as high as you can in the time allotted.
TEAM:all team members will perform burpees at the same time & only 2 members, 1 guy & 1 girl, will preform GetUps at a time. 5 - burpees & 2 - GetUps 10 - burpees & 4 - GetUps 15 - burpees & 6 - GetUps And so on...climb this ladder together in the time allotted. 15min Time Cap!
