3. Dandelion chocolate & fruit tartlet with chocolate cremeux
4. Pumpkin bread pudding with rum caramel
5. Dandelion fudge brownie with poached pears, chocolate sauce and red wine reduction
6. Crème brûlée affogato -- custard ice cream with caramel and Four Barrel espresso
