"Gaby Douglas" Sponship will pay for a new mat for our gymnastics classes. The sponsorship is named after Gaby Douglas, 2012 Olympic Gold Medalist

This sponsorship will one of three equipment purchases needed this year: A copy/printer; new classroom radios; or security cameras; It is named after a Tony-winning Latino playwright

This sponsorship provides general operating support to Matli. It is named after the academy's student motto to strive to succeed and be a passionate artist & performer
Maria Tall Chief Sponsorship	$550.00 donation
"Maria Tall Chief" Sponsorship will pay for one set free standing Ballet Bars for our classrooms. The sponsorship is named after Maria Tallchief, America's 1st Prima Ballerina and a Native American
Jose Limón - Sponsorship Level	$1200.00 donation
"Jose Limón" Sponsorship will pay a full year tuition for 1 Student. The sponsorship is named after Jose Limón, a pioneer Modern Dance Choreographer from México.
Amalia Hernandez Sponsorship	$1500.00 donation
Amalia Hernandez" Sponsorship will pay for our first set of authentic traditional Mexican Folk Dance costumes for a set of 15 dancers. Named after the founder of the first Mexican Folk Dance Company
Crazy Legs Sponsorship	$1800.00 donation
"Crazy Legs" Sponsorship will help pay for rent for one month. The sponsorship is named after pioneer Breakdancer Crazy Legs
Katherine Dunham	$2000.00 donation
"Katherine Dunham" Sponship will pay for 1 Dance Teacher for one session (6 weeks). The sponsorship is named after Katherine Dunham, a pioneer in dance anthropology

'Matli Dance Academy Inaugural Benefit: "With Passion We Ignite Our Dreams of Dance" is a benefit that will feature Open bar, Hors D'oeuvers, Silent Auction, and Entertainment. 100 % of the proceeds will benefit 'Matli Dance Academy's efforts and fierce commitment to elevate the quality of dance and arts programs in "la communidad" of the Southwest Side of Chicago.
