Psst! Can you keep a secret? You're one of a very select group of people cordially invited to a very hush-hush dinner in a very unique setting.
We're taking over StilL 630, creating a retro-styled gin joint - complete with live music - and serving up a sumptuous 5-course feast fit for a booze magnate, enhanced with cocktail pairings featuring The Big O.
Chef John Womick, Dean of Culinary Studies at L'Ecole Culinaire will prepare the following menu:
Weisswurst Encroute with Apple Mostardo
Plantain Bisque with Avocado Crema
Baby Wedge with confit tomato, Ozark lardon, blue cheese & roasted shallot vinaigrette.
Lobster Corndog with Big O Chili Pepper glaze
Braised Joue De Veau with Roasted Cauliflower and Radish
Fruit Empanada with Big O Caramel sauce
Matt Sorrel of "Cocktails Are Go!" and Mel James of BC's Kitchen have conspired to wet your whistle with creative libations featuring The Big O to complement each of the 5 courses.
Add to the mix the music of Miss Jubilee and the Humdingers and you have a party!
The evening begins at 7pm. Upon arrival you'll be served a champagne cocktail, and will be one of the first to experience the unique atmosphere of a small, craft distillery. Dinner begins at 8pm, followed by music and dancing until 11pm.
