Sunday, March 3rd, 2 - 4:30pm.
with Kathy Yates, GCFP.
In this workshop you will be introduced to strategies for working with companion animals, which include a variety of touches, movement and an understanding of body language. We will also look at how various TTouch strategies can be applied to humans to increase health and well-being of ourselves and our human clients. Please bring two 4 inch ACE elastic bandages (non-adhesive).
TTouch affects behavior, performance, health and increases an animal's willingness to learn by creating a painless and anxiety-free environment. It helps to establish a deeper rapport between humans and animals through increased understanding and more effective communication. Linda Tellington-Jones. She is now known world-wide for her work with horses and companion animals, as well as wildlife rehab. She has brought TTouch into the world of humans with weekend and week-long trainings.
Kathy Yates, GCFP, graduated from Delman/Questel training in 1998 and maintains a full time practice in NY and NJ with a range of clients: children, adults and some companion animals.
