What's in Your Social Work Practice Skills Toolbox? Essential Knowledge, Skills, and Competencies for 21st Century Social Workers
The goals of this full day (6 hour) workshop are centered around the emerging trends which are beginning to significantly impact on social work practice; the first half of the workshop focuses on how these trends impact ethical practice and decision-making. The second half focuses on developing a theoretical and practical understanding of how to create innovative social work-based strategies combining knowledge/values/skills with a historic model which utilizes current trends.
