A mixed-martial metaphorical brain ride for the gypsy-hopeful.
Liar/Lunatic is an evocative poetry slam excursion through philosophy, physics, biology, theology, mythology and murder. It's a fearless black-ice-at-ninety story of one poet's search for a truth he can trust. The playwright/performer, Phil Long, is an airline pilot who discovered poetry slams on layovers and then, by consistently using his mostly idle right brain, became a recognized spoken word artist. His eclectic collection of corrosive and contemplative characters speak through spoken word poetry vignettes written for slam competitions, so fasten your seatbelts, your train of thought is about to have a wreck.
