Writer and comedian David Lee Nelson focuses his trademark wit on his political past in his new play, The Elephant in My Closet.  Filled with bipartisan fervor, Nelson struggles with his Grand Old Party upbringing, his transformation into a New York Liberal, and the nearly impossible task of coming out of the closet to his Republican father...as a Democrat.
