Healing Democracy Action Circles (CANCELLED)
Tired of the cacophony of political punditry we hear every day, particularly since the last election season? Neighbors, congregants, colleagues, and students are gathering all over the country to explore the habits of the heart that Parker Palmer describes in his latest book, Healing the Heart of Democracy: The Courage to Create a Politics Worthy of the Human Spirit.Now you can be a part of this local opportunity to join one of many nation-wide Healing Democracy Action Circles.
The Circles convene on Six Sundays: February 3, February 17, March 3, March 17, April 14, April 21.
All sessions are held at Vineyard Lane Community Room from 3-5PM.
The sessions are led by Cedars member Dianah Jackson. Co-leaders are Rahel Abraham and David Franklin. All three are recent graduates of the Leadership Institute of Seattle (LIOS).
