| Description |
Emotional Intelligence in the Workplace is the cornerstone of customer relationships, vendor relationships, and co-worker satisfaction. Recently, Emotional Intelligence has also been linked to sales performance in professional industries with a strong indicator that enhanced E.I. generates increased sales. We will look at emotionally intelligent workplaces and how they create the moments for success in our business. We will explore our own emotional intelligence (EI) and the options for increasing our personal skills in EI.
