Keeping up to date on the latest changes in the law and staying in compliance can be a challenge for any organization. When you're in-house counsel at a startup or emerging growth company, the challenges are only greater. You're wearing many hats and juggling dozens of matters at one time. The Essentials for Startups seminar is designed to provide in-house counsel with the tools they need to keep their clients in compliance and out of court whether you're general counsel at a startup, new to in house, or experienced corporate counsel who just needs a legal refresher.
