Ashtanga is a vinyasa flow style that follows a set series of poses. This 6-week course will introduce 29 poses in the primary series. We will build strength, flexibility & stamina. This class is for beginners and intermediate students.
This session runs from 1/16 thru 2/20 for $72. Taught by John
