This high-energy choreography intensive is not for the faint of heart! Fusing the sensuality of burlesque with the sharp attitude of hip hop movement, this class will focus on isolations, footwork, and of course...the booty! Class will begin with a warm up and stretch that combines cardio with technique, including a variety of exercises to get a beautiful plump backside! Students will learn a short combination. Some dance experience is recommended.
What to bring/wear: Please bring a button-down long sleeve shirt, preferrably oversized. Wear comfortable,form-fitting clothing in which you can easily move. Tennis shoes/sneakers recommended.

About the Instructor: Jeez Loueez is "The Powerhouse of Midwest Burlesque"! A lethal combination of drama, hilarity, and killer kinetics, she creates memorable acts that leave you out of breath! Miss Loueez was crowned Miss Viva Las Vegas 2012 with her show-stopping performance & has been voted a Top 50 Burlesque Industry figure in 2010 & 2011.
Not just a Powerhouse on stage, she's also the creator & host of Jeezy's Juke Joint: A Black Burly-Q Revue and has worked as a staff member for the Windy City and Show-Me Burlesque Festivals. When she's not burning up stages in the Midwest you can find her touring with the freaks & urchins of The Beggar's Carnivale out of St. Louis, or teaching one of her popular Twerkshops across the country.
