Sponsored by CozmoCard, the event will feature LAs best mini-cupcakes, as well as a dozen varietals of wine. The public and a panel of celebrity judges will each vote on their favorite cupcakes, culminating in the crowning of LAs best traditional and non-traditional cupcakes.
