Mastering the Art of the Tart
It's almost Valentines, why not learn to make something sweet for your sweet. Nothing says "Be My Valentine" better than a romantic homemade pastry and what's more romantic than a classic French Tartlet?
You will learn to create your own romantic treats, by mastering the "art of the tart" you can go home and add your own touch of creativity and Panache.
Come join pastry maven, Amanda Lynn in master the perfect pastry dough, as well as a sweet cream filling and a tangy cream cheese filling. For inspiration, we will top our tartlets with a variety of toppings, including port roasted pears, cinnamon apple, citrus and start anise and of course, the classic raspberry.
Bring your date and come for some romantic fun and a sweet treat!
