The Hope Project Celebrating a Decade of Dreaming Big Dreams in Seattle
You are invited to a festive and hope-filled evening of dinner, drinks and music to celebrate our 10-year anniversary in Seattle, WA.
A dinner of delicious Senegalese cuisine will be provided by La Teranga Restaurant.
Appetizer: Veggie Fataya - a savory pastry stuff with seasoned mixed vegetables served with red sauce. Main Course: Veggie Mafe - yams, carrots and cassava cooked in a creamy peanut sauce. Veggie Couscous - caramelized onion cooked with fresh vegetables and olives served over couscous. Chicken Yasa - marinated chicken legs cooked in a lemon and caramelized onion sauced. Teranga Salad - mixed greens, avocados, black olives, red onions and dried cranberries tossed in La Teranga's housemade dressing. Jasmine Rice Ginger and Bissap Juice
