We have an answer for that... THE OWL CLUB at Boone & Crockett!
Similar in purpose to the ever-popular Beer School at Comet... The Owl Club aims to educate both mind and palette in the nuances of all things Cocktail! From Amaro to Whiskey, and everything in between, we ask you to join us as we sip, swallow, swig & swill our way to 'spirit'ual enlightenment.
Drinks are smarter... you should be too.

Course Description : GIN 101
A classic cocktail spirit... Gin is often demonized due to its association with lesser brands poured with tonic- a bitter, dry, piney drink, oft consumed by boys pretending to be men at the ripe old age of 21. No more! Let the truth of Gin be shared!
Gin is actually an artfully playful spirit, defined by a hugely diverse base of aromatic herbs, flowers, and oils, giving each a unique and entirely different imbibing experience. To explore this, we will dive into 4 very different Gins, exploring their regional history, their flavor profiles, as well as how they can and should be used in Cocktails (or not!).
Gin 1: Old Tom Gin 2: Genever Gin 3: London Dry Gin 4: New World
Each of these Gins will be sampled as a stand alone spirit. We will then sample each mixed into a cocktail to exhibit how the base spirit affects the end result.
As you enter the classroom (edit: bar), you will receive a house crafted and kegged Gin & Tonic to sip as you find a seat. The love it or hate it classic is all love with this version of an entry level gin cocktail.
Final Exam: A test? No way! Our final is a cocktail. One more to top you off. However... like a real Final, you won't know what we are serving until you arrive. Trust us though. This will be the one that will bring you back for round 2.
Water and Finger Foods will be made available for the thirsty and the hungry. (Food vendor TBD)
