Community Jeopardy Fundraiser
Join KXLY meteorologist Kris Crocker, Spokesman-Review columnist Shawn Vestal, City Council President Ben Stuckart, KPBX program director Verne Windham, Municipal Court Judge Mary Logan and others in a fun fundraising effort for your favorite non-profit. That's your favorite non-profit, not ours. When? 6:30 PM Sunday, April 21.
How? Community Jeopardy. Play the game you know well at your own table of eight against several other tables, each playing for their chosen non-profit.
OK, sounds good so far, but what's it cost? $200 for a table of eight! Or $26 per person, and we will match you with a table of your liking. That's all. Get eight friends together, young and old, women and men, any combination you like, or come alone, and play for your favorite non-profit. Sponsors can donate more, of course, and we hope they will, because every penny (less expenses) goes to one local non-profit or another, including the sponsoring Unitarian Universalist Church of Spokane, but $200 gets you a table (or $26 a seat) and into the game.
This fun and hopefully annual event will give us all an opportunity to connect members of both the business and non-profit community in a fun and relaxed atmosphere.
Tables are limited and six are already spoken for, so get your reservation in sooner than later.
