Bastion Films presents: Working out for the ARTS
Jay Moore is combining his two passions: film and fitness; an avid personal trainer by day and emerging director on the weekends. For one day only, he is offering his best group classes to raise more funds for his upcoming film "Jakob," a dramatic thriller about a woman who is so distraught about the loss of her unborn baby that she manifests the child into a demon spirit.
Classes run one day only, SATURDAY January 12th
Location: Fort Mason/ Crissy Field (subject to change due to weather conditions)
8 am Cardio Blast... Jump start your metabolism with this workout that mixes strength training, interval training, and calisthenics. By the end of this class, you'll be ready for more intense interval training.
10:30 am Total body... Improve your endurance while you build muscular strength in this 45-minute workout that uses TRX, kettle bells, and medicine balls. This workout is the perfect blend of intense strength training and body conditioning.
Each class includes: 15 min warm up 30 min of high impact workout 15 min cool down & stretching 15 min of Q & A with Jay regarding Health and Nutrition tips
One raffle ticket to be drawn at the end of each class for a chance to win a free personal training day with Jay Moore.
What to bring: a towel,water,a yoga mat if you have one.
