La Cocina and Cantina Gallery combine to provide you with a look into the exquisite lives of the revolutionary partiers. Join us for a touch of class and see how the down and dirty look when they get all cleaned up. Bartender Duggan McDonnell will blow your champagne-chilled mind as we go through the basics of making upscale champagne cocktails (and a couple regular ones too) with latin ingredients. Meanwhile, La Cocina's chefs will blow your palate with simple, but sophisticado (of course!), canapes to provide the perfect pairing.
