Polesye: Jewish Folksongs from the Shtetl

This unique project is inspired by the repertoire of Mariam Nirenberg, a pre-War Jewish folksinger born in the multicultural region of Polesye. Vocalist Olga Mieleszczuk provides modern arrangements to Nirenberg's repertoire, accompanied by Israeli clarinetist and guitarist Ittai Binnun, violinist Cookie Segelstein and accordionist Josh Horowitz.

Vilna Poems, a song cycle of works by the great Yiddish poet, Avrom Sutskever, composed by David Garner, in memory of Sylvie Braitman. Akoka - The End of Time is a project inspired by Olivier Messaien's Quartet for the End of Time and developed by Haimovitz and Krakauer.
