You have chosen to register for the Standard Dormitory option. Please be certain to fill out the questionnaire to complete your registration.
A deposit of $250 is required for all rooms at the time of registration. You may choose to pay only the deposit or pay in full at this time. In order to complete registration, you will need to return to this page and pay the balance of $1650 before or on February 25. Please bookmark this page so that you can return easily.

Early registration: $1,900 (through February 25)
After February 25: $2,100
Refund Policy
Payment of your $250 deposit or any portion of your retreat payments is your acknowledgement that you have read and understood this cancellation/refund policy and the General Waiver and Release Agreement.
If you wish to cancel your reservation, please inform us as soon as possible. In the case of cancellations the $250 deposit is non-refundable. Your deposit, however, can be transferred to the April 2014 retreat if there is space available in that retreat at the time of registration.
If you cancel your reservation before March 15, 2013 at midnight we will refund all fees paid minus the $250 deposit and $60 administrative charges. Refunds will be done by check within 45 days of receiving cancellation notice.
If you cancel your reservation on March 16, 2013 or later, all fees will be non-refundable.
If you cannot attend the retreat due to unforeseen circumstances such as a strike, cancelled flight, or serious illness, accident or death of family member, fees paid can be transferred to the April 2014 retreat if there is space available at the time of registration.
Yuan Tze Ren Xue Center reserves the right to require that a retreat participant leave the retreat at any time if the Center staff determines that the participant's behavior is either excessively disruptive or dangerous to self or others on retreat. In this case, all retreat fees are non-refundable.
Cancellation by Yuan Tze Ren Xue Center
In the highly unlikely event that Yuan Tze Ren Xue Center must cancel the retreat for unforeseen reasons, we will notify you as soon as possible and will refund the full fee amount paid including your deposit.
