| Description |
If you still think of base hits or cheeseburgers when you see the words "Dubbel" and "Tripel", now is the time to broaden your beer knowledge. For centuries the monasteries of Europe-and Belgium in particular-have established a legacy for brewing some of the finest beers in the world. This 90 minute class makes an excellent introduction to a genre of beers that, for many ale aficionados, represents the very zenith of zymurgical craft. It is only fitting that Lost Abbey Brewmaster and local brewing celebrity Tomme Arthur, whose awards and honors for his renowned Belgian style ales are far too numerous to mention, will be the evening's guest lecturer. Don't miss out!NOTE: No one under 21 years old will be admitted. |
