Erik Anker
Erik is a standup comedian and writer based out of St. Louis. After being in Missouri for only two months he was named "The Funniest Comedian in St. Louis," and then when on to win the Riverfront Times Standup Throwdown, a state-wide Twitter and standup competition. When not working clubs and colleges, he appears in festivals all over the country including Out of Bounds in Austin, Laughtrack in Denver, LA Comedy Shorts, and the LA Comedy Festival which recently showcased not only his standup, but also a screenplay and a video he wrote and produced, No Drama Breakup.
On top of being a Comcast Comedian on Demand, Erik's playfully dry and counter-intuitive comedy is also featured regularly on the famous Meltdown standup show in Los Angeles where he has gone on stage following nationally renown comedians such as Dave Attell, Daniel Tosh, and Marc Maron.
