Healing what hurts

Bhante Sujatha, a 40-year Buddhist monk and student of transforming grief into compassion, has a special place in his heart for Las Vegas. In response to the recent tragedy, Bhante will be teaching in the Las Vegas Community on Tuesday 11/14 @ 7:30-9:00pm at Blue Sky Yoga, 107 E. Charleston Blvd. To help us all come together in our grief and learn how to use meditation and spiritual practice to heal our broken hearts and transform our sorrow into a unifying commitment to add more love to the world and support each other in these difficult times. These are sacred moments when we have the choice to live in anger and resentment and fear, or to take our grief and transform our inner and outer lives, turning this tragedy into the catalyst for a commitment to a beautiful life.
