October 2017: Accessory Dwelling Unit - Outlook for Home Owners and Remodelers
Commonly called a granny unit, the ADU is a secondary dwelling unit with complete independent living facilities. Now easier & less expensive to build.
The hybridCore Home is a hybrid between a factory-built core and conventional construction. The factory-built core contains the more costly areas typically found in home construction.
Matt will review the law that came into effect 1/1/2017 relaxing restrictions & requirements. His discussion of ADU Opportunities for Homeowners and Remodelers will include:

* ADU modifications for ADA accessibility
* Long term housing rental
* VRBO and Airbnb

Matt's management and leadership experience spans 20+ years with focuses on operational management, project management and operational efficiencies. Prior to joining hybridCore Homes, he was employed by Monark Premium Appliance (Standards of Excellence) for 12 years overseeing their operations.
