We are expecting a very busy weekend for Dec 9 - 10, 2017 and so the only way to ensure everyone gets a chance to experience the Flea Market without over packing the venue is to offer timed slots per customer like we successfully did for the March 2017 Flea Market event. Attendees can purchase a Timed Slot Ticket allowing them 2 Hours to shop at the Flea Market for $5.00/pp OR purchase an ALL DAY/ALL ACCESS PASS at the early bird price of $10.00/pp. If you show up without an advance ticket in hand and the Vendor Zone is at capacity at the time then we must wait until the Vendor Zone is capable of taking in more customers at the next available timed slot. Secure your spots early.
ALL DAY/ALL ACCESS Passes will increase to $15/pp from September 30th - December 6th via online or at the door. Just remember, once we are SOLD OUT we can not guarantee entry to the event. Make it simple and get your tickets early before blocks are SOLD OUT and Day Passes are SOLD OUT.
If a customer decides they'd like to purchase additional timed slots at $5.00 a slot they are welcomed to do so by re-visiting the ticket counter HOWEVER...remember that a timed slot(s) you may be interested in purchasing MUST have availability! If the Vendor Area / Barn is filled to capacity during the additional timed slot you wish to purchase you'll have to wait for the next timed slot with availability. Sorry folks but we need to stay safe and keep things comfortable for everyone.
We would STRONGLY suggest you quickly purchase an ALL DAY/ALL ACCESS Pass to ensure you are in the game. We did SELL OUT of several timed slots in March 2017.
If a "timed slot ticket holder" shows up late for their timed slot please understand that the time lost from the slot is LOST! If the venue is capable of holding additional people to accommodate your lost time then certainly we will do our best to make it work. But don't get upset with us please. That just doesn't make things work out for anyone.
Once your 2 hour timed slot has ended you MUST say your good-byes and leave the building to allow the next group to start their experience.
IMPORTANT! An ALL ACCESS/ALL DAY Pass for Saturday or Sunday means exactly that... IT'S A PASS THAT CAN BE USED TO ENTER THE EVENT ALL DAY & HAVE ACCESS TO ALL THE PANELS & OR PERFORMANCES BEING OFFERED IN THE BARN AND / OR THE AUDITORIUM SPACES. IT'S THAT SIMPLE. YOU CAN COME & GO AS YOU PLEASE ALL DAY. Also, if you purchased an ALL ACCESS/ALL DAY PASS you DO NOT need to purchase a time slotted pass at any time of the day. GOT IT? WONDERFUL!
Although this is a family friendly event we do warn there may be some vendors with creepy merchandise or costumed characters roaming around that may scare some young folk. Please don't be upset with the event organizers over this. We did say this was the Bizarre Haunted Flea Market. Our goal is to keep things a bit festive, a bit bizarre, with a slight Halloween tickle to keep everyone excited. Even Krampus is an awesome dude! He may be lurking and waiting to meet you! Costumes are always encouraged but NO WEAPONS!
Everyone attending the Bizarre Haunted Flea Market will need a ticket except for children 5 years of age and younger. Ticket prices are the same for everyone. NO STROLLERS PLEASE.
It is STRONGLY SUGGESTED that everyone purchase their tickets in advance as we did sell out of timed slots in March. Purchasing your ALL DAY/ALL ACCESS Pass is a much better idea and it's only $10.00/pp until September 30th at 6:00pm. Save yourself the headache and just get your ticket(s) in advance for ALL those attending. Parking is FREE.
