The Food Bank of Lower Fairfield County will be honoring Peter J. Tesei, First Selectman of the Town of Greenwich, at its 12th Annual Chefs' Dinner to Fight Hunger on Thursday, October 26, 2017. Situated at the picturesque Stamford Yacht Club in Stamford, Connecticut, the Chefs' Dinner is a festive event, with guests being treated to a sumptuous five course meal. Each dish is paired with the appropriate wine and prepared by a different well known, successful chef from lower Fairfield County. The entrees are preceded by a cocktail hour with seven appetizer stations.
There will be live and silent auctions.
Business attire is required.
Attendees must be 21 years of age or older.
Admission: $250 per person ($200 of which is tax deductible)
The Chefs' Dinner is The Food Bank's signature fund-raising event for obtaining funds that enable us to distribute food through about 75 non-profit agencies and programs that feed those in need residing solely in lower Fairfield County.
