BASS INVADERS III Wsg DJ ICEY
Dirty DUCK Productions Presents: BASS INVADERS III FEATURING
DJ ICEY Born and raised in Florida, DJ Icey has been mesmerized by electronic music ever since hearing the synthesizer breakdown on The Edgar Winter Group's "Frankenstein". "My mom had that album and I would play that middle part over and over wondering how they made that sound," Icey recounts. "I was little and thought it was so cool". DJ Icey - Producer, Remixer, Label Owner and DJ with an obsessive love of Breakbeats and Bass, he is a true Merchant of Boom.
Icey runs his Indie label, Zone Records, which is dedicated to the music he loves. When vinyl ruled the DJ'ing landscape, Zone sold over a quarter of a million pieces of wax up until the label went all digital in 2008. Zone Records release schedule is relentless and consistently garners Top 10 Beatport sales in Breaks and has expanded to include multiple musical genres in remix and original form. Playing 100+ gigs per year, Icey is a touring maniac. But that doesn't keep him out of the studio during the week working on new tracks for his indie imprint, constantly trying to push the envelope to make his fans sweat on the dance floor. Icey's live DJ shows are legendary and always include massive amounts of originals, remixes and re-rubs exclusive to his sets, the output of his addiction to the recording studio. Icey's remixes have garnered Top 5 placings on Hype Machine's Twitter Top 100 chart multiple times, most recently with his bass fueled re-working of Yeah Yeah Yeahs "Heads Will Roll" and Tyga's "Rack City". DJ icey has done a weekly satellite radio show in North America since 2006, first on Sirius's Boombox channel and currently on Sirius XM's Electric Area channel, entitled "Automatic Static" it is one of the most popular dance mix shows on satellite radio. His many legions of fans love his Soundcloud page, where Icey gives away full length mixes, remixes and original tracks often. DJ Icey's current full length album is "Flash the Message", 17 tracks that includes 12 originals long side a handful of remix and re-rub action. Combining the sounds and vibes of multi-genres, vocals and instrumentals, all expertly tied together with his broken beat, bass heavy sound that he is renowned for. www.facebook.com/Icey.DJ.Page http://twitter.com/dj_icey www.djicey.com http://soundcloud.com/dj-icey http://www.myspace.com/djicey

ITEM9
Item9 was created by Josh (WhompRat) Smith and the late Bobby (Duba Fett) Burger. These two guys from Southwest Michigan shared a common love for earth shattering bass and destroying dance floors. They have traveled all across the Mid-West hitting some of the biggest cities including Detroit and Chicago along the way, even all the way down to Virginia. Sharing the stage with the likes of DZ, Vaski ,Nero, Glitchmob, AK1200, Kid Sister, Steve Aoki and many more. As well as being featured on Temporal Fusions Podcast. Their grimy "robot sex" basslines were sure to melt your faces and leave you screaming for more. Josh continues to build the legacy still sharing the stage with some of the best artists around such as Rusko, and Borgore. He has also landed Item9 with a second Temporal Fusion Podcast. Item9 will continue to hold up to its reputation of melting faces and making you move in ways you never thought possible. Just remember to SHOW ME YOUR BASS FACE!

FRIZZIL Frank has been rockin parties since he was a teenager. From mixing Hip Hop tracks on double cassette decks in his friends' basements, to tearin' up clubs all over Michigan and beyond, Frizzil always brings down the house. A native of Virginia Beach, VA, he moved to Michigan in 2000, and discovered Michigan's dance scene shortly thereafter. Inspired particularly by the local crowd rockers of Kalamazoo at the time, Frizzil got his first set of decks and never looked back. His combination of peak hour, funky House and machine-gun style mixing is a deadly duo on the dancefloor. Droppin' 10 tracks in the time that most djs drop 5 or 6, Frizzil rarely gives his fans a second to catch their breath! He has shared the stage with the likes of Alex Peace, Danny the Wildchild, DJ Icey, Jon Pegnato, Woody McBride, Paul Johnson, Kid Krazzy, Mike Gillenwater, Paul Anthony and Reid Speed. Don't miss a single chance to catch this House Music Heavyweight in action! http://www.frizzil.com/ http://www.soundcloud.com/frizzil
