Compassionate Listening Workshop - An introductory experience
Listening is a precious gift we can give to another human being.  In every human interaction, the practice of Compassionate Listening builds trust, connection, compassion, respectful dialogue and sustainable solutions.

In this experiential workshop, participants will practice this powerful model of peace-building and conflict transformation while learning how to live more fulfilling lives by bridging the connection between our heart and mind.

You will:
-Explore cutting-edge science on the crucial role the heart plays in connection
-Cultivate self-care tools and increase your personal resilience
-Experience being truly listened to in a way that makes a difference
-Learn how to speak your truth authentically and constructively, even in heated circumstances
-View conflict as an opportunity to further our understanding of each other, find common ground, and inspire creative solutions
-Deepen your self-awareness and intuition
