Not Your Mom's Spaghetti Dinner

We're sure your mom makes great spaghetti. No really. It's got to be delicious if you've been eating for years. But we'd like you to join us for a spaghetti dinner that's just a little different than what your mother's been serving you for over 20 years.
DiFranco's, a relative newcomer to the Denver restaurant scene and super newcomer to the list of restaurants with a liquor license wants to celebrate their newfound ability to pour wine with their pasta dinners. Owner Ryan DiFranco has used his own family recipes to create a menu that's sourced as locally as possible, made fresh every day and still adheres to traditional Italian food.
Come join Denver off the Wagon and Ryan for a delicious three course meal at their community table, with each course complemented by a glass of wine from local urban winery Bonacquisti Wine Company.
What exactly is on the menu, you ask? We'll break it down for you:
-Before the meal starts, you'll be treated to some light appetizers to munch on, as well as a starter glass of wine.
-For the first course, you'll be getting your greens with a polenta salad including seared polenta, balsamic glazed local shitake mushrooms, a fried egg and arugula.
-Following your salad, for the main course, you'll have fresh, handmade fettuccine with an alfredo sauce, broccoli and a locally sourced chicken cutlet (if you're not a meat eater, let us know and we can skip the chicken).
-Finally, for dessert, brace yourself, because Ryan is serving Nutella tiramisu. Our stomachs jumped for joy when we read that menu item as well.
Of course, as we mentioned, each course will be paired with a different wine varietal and, if you are so inclined, you can always purchase another glass and hang out for a bit after dinner.
