Garden Party The Friends of the Choir of The Cathedral of All Saints
The Friends of the Choir of The Cathedral of All Saints welcomes you at their annual Garden Party to benefit The Cathedral Choir of Men and Boys. The party will be held at The Buhrmaster Barn at The Historic Pruyn House in Latham, New York on 24 September from 2-4p.m.
2017 is a milestone year for our Director of Music, Woodrow Bynum. We will celebrate his 10 years at the Cathedral of All Saints with a special tribute at the Garden Party. All choir alumni are invited and encouraged to attend. The Choir of Men and Boys will sing for the gathering, and there will be delicious food, beverages, and a silent auction to raise money to support the work of Friends of the Choir.
Admission is $40 for adults and $25 for seniors and students. Children under 12 are admitted free of charge.
The Cathedral Choir of Men and Boys is the oldest choir of its kind in the United States. Founded in 1872 by Bishop Doane, the choir has maintained a tradition of musical excellence as it seeks to enrich the lives of the young musicians it fosters. The choir sings weekly at The Cathedral of All Saints during the academic term.
Note: Children 12 and younger admitted free.
