Plancha Baja Med Pop-Up 2
Plancha Baja Med is a traversing supper club, meaning it "pops up" once or twice a week at a location, then goes away. Offering a prix fixe style menu that changes as Chef Chad White is inspired by his travels and his peers, this is a nonspecific dining experience that allows his imagination to run wild; cooking however, wherever, and whenever he wants.
offer: 4 course prix fixe dinner + beverage $65 per person includes service fee + tax
The Menu will feature inspiration from the chefs travels. Sorry no substitutions, or additional dietary options.
