Connection Lab
In this experiential retreat, we will learn how to live healthier, more fulfilling lives by bridging the connection between our hearts and minds and deepening our connection to others.
We will cultivate science-based tools for optimized performance, self-regulation and stress relief based on three decades of research by the Heart Math Institute, and acquire powerful communication skills based on the teachings of The Compassionate Listening Project.
