The Sebastians present "Via Amsterdam: Musical Immigration"
In the seventeenth and eighteenth centuries, Amsterdam was a thriving musical port cityone of the few places composers sent their precious manuscripts to be published, and from there, disseminated across Europe. In this concert, the Sebastians explore chamber music by Locatelli, who made Amsterdam his home, and his Italian compatriots who published there: Corelli, Mossi, Somis, Vivaldi, and Lully.
