Does the idea of finance, its terminology, and complexity leave you overwhelmed and confused? Do you find yourself thinking..
"I don't know anything about finance."
"What types of budgets are out there?"
"How do I develop an agency budget?"
"Am I allocating these costs correctly and efficiently?"
"What goes into the process of budgeting? How do I budget?"
Then this is the perfect workshop for YOU. We'll go over different budgeting scenarios and even create an agency budget together! And you'll leave with a template that will make it easy for you to create your own organization's budget back at home.
Trainers: Y.M. Chan, CPA, MBA, FCCA
1 Ticket per organization (Up to 2 individuals per nonprofit organization may attend the training). A light dinner will be provided, and will be served when doors open at 5:30pm.
