Racion Pop Up Dinner
Throughout the month of December, we will be doing pop up dinners in true pop up fashion at various locations in the Portland area! Our first pop up will be at Boke Bowl, who spent a year doing pop ups of their own and is paying it forward by opening their doors to us! The dinner will begin with a reception of a featured cocktail and snacks, followed by a six course dinner with beverage (alcohol) pairings for $75.
Upon opening, Ración will be a 20 seat open kitchen bar focusing on modern Spanish cooking where chef Anthony Cafiero will cook, plate, and even explain his techniques before his guests. The restaurant will also feature a full service cocktail lounge with a select tapas menu.
