Peter Dixon Advanced Class
Learn Grana, Alpine and Washed Rind cheese styles with world-famous Peter Dixon, dairy consultant. This is a two day long class sponsored by the California Artisan Cheese Guild. It is geared towards professional and advanced home cheesemakers.
Date: February 15th and 16th, a Friday and Saturday. Class will run from 9 a.m. and end at 4 p.m. both days. A prepared lunch is included in the ticket price. Please feel free to bring items to share (cheeses, treats) if you wish as parts of class will include round-table seating and discussion.
Location: Indian Valley Campus, College of Marin, Novato, CA. Class will be in classroom #154.
Cancellations and Refunds Policy:
Registrants receive a full refund who cancel by phone at least two weeks prior to the first day of the course (less a 20% service charge). No refund will be given to registrants who cancel less than two weeks prior to the first day of the course. In the event of insufficient enrollment, CACG reserves the right to cancel the course and provide a full refund to registrants.
