Midnight to closing: Soul Train dancing to "Motown and More" music on our ideal dance floor/runway.

Menu: Seafood Gumbo, Beef Brisket, Roasted Pork Tenderloin with a tricolored peppercorn sauce, Vegan Cuban Black Beans with Sweet Potatoes, Purple Kale and Quinoa, and Lobster Mac and Cheese, served along side Brie Puff Pastry and an Organic Spring Salad with Champagne Vinaigrette, and of course many wonderful side dishes with an innovative use of Root Vegetables.
