A Lifestyle not A Religion: Songs from the Book of James
Mr. James has just received a treasured family book. Stories from the book are brought to life as Mr. James sits on his veranda and reads to his friends. The chapters reveal African roots that take him back six generations. But, his friends of today have stories of their own to tell. A human tapestry is woven from these stories that link past generations with the present. It does not take long to discover that lifestyles are not always reflections of a person's professed religion.
The show combines music and choreography, singing, dancing and serious drama that will keep you engaged from beginning to end.
