Understand the community that your business lives within physically and consumer-wise. How can you participate in the community and leverage the strength of the community for your business development?
Know your resource capacity in the business and how this establishes growth thresholds for you to create milestones and markers in your growth plan.
These topics will be covered in detail with exercises for us to build resource plans and milestones for growth. Our focus will be on the root structures of our business, connecting to communities, and keystones for our success within economies of scale.
