California's Zero Net Energy Goals
Join us for an overview of Title 24, Part 6 (energy code) for the 2016 code cycle and what YOU, the Architect, need to be aware of so that a project successfully integrates energy code requirements. As our energy code becomes more stringent in anticipation of Californias Zero Net Energy (ZNE) goals, coordination among the entire design team is a must! Commissioning and using an integrated design process, are some of the approaches that presenter Gina Rodda will review in this even along with many free resources, tools, and training available through Energy Code Ace (www.energycodeace.com).

About the Presenter: Gina Rodda

Gina Rodda has been in the energy modeling field since 1991, and is the current owner of Gabel Associates, LLC (Castro Valley, CA). She is an Energy Code Ace instructor of several dozen full-day trainings on the Residential and Nonresidential Title 24 Building Energy Efficiency Standards for building department staff, energy consultants, architects, contractors, and design engineers. Gina is a Certified Energy Analyst (CEA) through CABEC, and a LEED AP specializing in nonresidential energy modeling for Title 24 Par 6 and LEED.
